Arrogant, obsessed with himself, and maybe just a little sadistic. Cyan's main concern is making sure the world revolves around him, and he'll do anything in his power to give himself the best conditions, even if it means putting himself at risk. He tends to be a little nomadic because of this, drifting from place to place and adapting his personality to fit the situation. He claims to be a romantic, but often falls short of showing the necessary compassion for any female companion he may have.
He has an almost unhealthy obsession with getting things done fast. Each second is precious to him, and he'll meticulously plan each one in advance so that everything is done as efficiently as possible. Though, when confronted with someone unplanned, he is incredibly impulsive and hasty.

Facial features: Clean shaven. Light brown eyes.
Head/Neck Accessories: Four silver chain necklaces of various lengths, the shortest being a choker and the longest reaching his chest. Black bandanna tied around his neck.
Torso: Form-fitting, solid black shirt... if he's wearing one, at least. Bracelets and armbands across both arms, ranging from cheap jelly bracelets (in black and cyan) to gold and silver chains. Silver watch on right wrist.
Lower Body: Tattered, ripped shorts (black, of course) that reach halfway between the feet and knees. White leather belt.
Feet: Rugged, yet light, black boots.

Controlled and extreme bursts of speed. They allow him to get from point A to point B much, much quicker, at the expense of his stamina.

Freely, to the point of necessity in his everyday life.
Control
His severe overuse leads to a relatively good control over his bursts when he knows what he's doing. When faced with something unplanned, he'll completely slip up and lose control.

Twin kris daggers, though he's also relatively skilled in hand-to-hand combat.
Character's Past
Orphaned at birth and taken in by a neutral human couple, eventually being made to work for the Lights without realizing he actually is one. He wrongly attributed his speaking-through-mind abilities to schizophrenia, and grew up believing he had multiple personalities instead of having the ability to communicate without words, not realizing he was actually talking back to people. He realizes later in his life that he actually a Light, which conflicts him to the point where he decides "Screw this, I'm doing my own thing" and ends up identifying with whatever's convenient for him at the time.
Character's Life
Somewhat nomadic, spending his days traveling around the town getting work done for whoever he's working for at the time, and spending his nights at the castle building up "friendships" with the other Lights.
Side
A natural double agent and a quick worker, Cyan will change sides whenever he feels like the other will benefit him more, or whenever he feels like a certain side is "winning".
Other
It's likely that at some point he'll hastily kill off a (male NPC) Miracle and steal their clothing to blend in with Miracles, though that's all I have planned so far.
